The particular microclimate of the charming hills under the Gran Sasso on which the company is developed, favors the cultivation of products whose organoleptic properties are guaranteed and protected by a process carried out mainly by hand.
The idea that characterizes the Flarà company is to combine the most traditional agricultural methods with the most modern knowledge of biological sciences. The extreme limitation of the quantities produced is synonymous with the utmost care and attention paid to the quality of the products marketed.
In addition to meat derived from organic poultry, pigs and goats, the company produces ancient cereals, such as spelled and saragolla, transforming them in its own company through hullers, a stone mill and a special oil mill.
