We are Eugenio and Ambra, husband-wife of the fourth generation of Merlini pastry chefs. In our offshore laboratory, located at the foot of the Gran Sasso, we make all our products with passion and love.
We started with a laboratory that produced only Artisan Gelato, but for several years we have expanded our range of products starting with the Great Leavened for recurrence, continuing with fresh and dry pastries, passing through chocolate ... From our Laboratory of Raising every day we make ice creams, biscuits, large leavened products, chocolates, croissants, dry biscuits, all paying attention to the processing, to the choice of raw materials. We use the best machinery to better define the productions.We only use high quality raw materials, this is the secret of our products. Not only that, in addition to the raw materials and the passion with which we make our products, we use the best production systems. Collaborations with various food companies, among the most important Colle Magnone Azienda Agricola and Scuppoz. With both companies we create customized products for them with their own products. |
