The Cantina degli Antichi Mestieri is a versatile venue: trattoria, bar, restaurant, pub, live music and cultural events.
The type of cuisine is based on the popular tradition of the Gran Sasso villages, in particular Castelli and Isola .. "a down to earth cuisine", the home-cooked one handed down by mothers, aunts and grandmothers. From appetizer snacks such as cured meats, cheeses, "killers", to first courses ... grilled meat or kebabs, "crescia sfogliata di Urbino", "fried cheese". All the ingredients are highly genuine, purchased from small local producers.
